Blunnies • Blundstone Kids Boot

Kids Chelsea boots are trending massively this season ——- in every colour under the sun and glittered up to make your eyes water.

OUR PICK:  The Classic Blundstone No frills. No fuss. No glitter. Durable. Weatherproof. Trendproof.

They look just as good on girls as they do boys. We like them most when they’ve been through the wars, roughed up and show signs of a good time. They have a removable foot-bed, which gives more room for growth.

Classic Brown available from J.Crew and The Natural Shoe Company in Covent Garden

Classic Brown with Pink available from Australian Boot Co in Canada

Ralph Lauren Literacy Programme

We LOVE books at TheMiniPost. Reading is one of the things we’ve done everyday with TheMiniOne since the day she was born.  She genuinely adores books, and loves exploring the kids section at Daunt on a rainy afternoon.

So we are very excited to tell you about Ralph Lauren’s latest philanthropic project -  The Ralph Lauren Children’s Literacy Programme which proudly supports children’s literacy and education worldwide

In support of this they are launching a specific collection The Literacy Capsule Collection of which 25% of the purchase price  will be donated to Booktrust in the UK and a number of other charities globally.

Ralph Lauren has handpicked a selection of classic childrens books including the amazing Roald Dahl. Our picks would, hands-down-have-to-be two books by the amazingly talented Chris Haughton Despite having a vast library of books amassed, TheMiniOne goes back to these two books time and time again. We reckon future classics.

The Dress. The Boots.

We love this confetti strewny Dance Dress from Motoreta teamed with Black patent Chelsea boots from Angulus we reckon this is a pretty effortless look for these darker days approaching Halloween fun.

The White Company + The Little White Company

We LOVE The White Company and have a penchant for divine linen and ‘WHITE’. Our house plays homage to both! We’ve renovated two houses and both have been painted in various shades of ‘white’ - floorboards, walls, ceilings, woodwork - you get the idea - we heart white.

So when The White Company got in touch and asked us to be part of their Collective we were more than a little excited.

We are so lucky to be part of this exciting group of influencers and bloggers that they have pulled together. As part of this we get to attend some very special events, preview products and generally have a very nice time along the way.

The team at The Little White Company always put on a wonderful press day, but they out did themselves with the launch of their most recent AW collection inspired by Knights and A Night at the Circus

They hosted a private screening of Frozen at the Electric Cinema in Notting Hill. The Electric is already quite a spectacular venue, but it was decked out in the new collection. We sat on luscious throws and cuddled up with the softest cuddly animals; penguins, polar bears.

We LOVED George The Dragon, the Circus Bed Linen, and for those little adventurers, the Knight linen.

The collection offers wonderful pieces to create a magical, super cosy kids bedroom where their imaginations can have fun.

Good Night.
